I'm a CPA and I managed data-intensive legislative audits in Texas — designing samples, testing claims and expenditure data, and turning the analysis into published findings, including audits of health insurance companies in the Medicaid program. I also managed the financial reporting, desk reviews, and reimbursement processes for large government programs in Louisiana.
